At Future Leaders Organization (FLO), our objective is to help equip students & young adults with a diverse set of soft-skills that gear them for the future.

Our workshops and programs encompass various aspects of leadership skills such as public speaking, impromptu speaking, evaluation, mentoring, interpersonal communication, working with people of diverse opinions, crafting successful meetings, ability to use parliamentary procedure (including Robert’s Rules of Order), amongst others. 

We also work with young individuals in addressing an oft missed gap in their education – financial literacy and an awareness of money management.

At FLO, we have a strong ethos of learn-by-doing and teamwork.
